Nancy Yaffe is a partner at the Los Angeles office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, and is the Program Chair for PIHRA District 5. 
She is a graduate of UCLA (1987, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Departmental Honors) and of USC Law School (1995). 
Nancy represents clients in employment litigation matters throughout California.  She has successfully defended all types of harassment and discrimination matters, ADA/disability matters, and wage-and-hour litigation for clients in all types of industries.  Nancy also provides pre-litigation counseling and advice to clients nationwide.
